Registration
The registration fee is $840 USD ($940 USD after April 30, 2009) which includes the technical visit, conference proceedings, lunches Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, welcome receoption, cocktail party, Conference banquet, and transportation between conference hotesl and all events.
